A Bit About Me
Before starting my journey into psychotherapy and counselling, I worked with adolescents and young adults who were involved with the legal system in both custodial and residential settings.
Additionally, I have experience within hospital and inpatient mental health environments, helping young individuals with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, suicidality, and other mental health challenges. This is where my passion for mental health started, as I recognized the strength and impact of creating a welcoming, warm, and non-judgmental environment to help others explore their experiences or parts of themselves that might be too uncomfortable to face alone.
I identify as a queer woman who is dedicated to creating a safe space for other 2SLGBTQIA+
individuals and couples navigating experiences such as coming out, relationships, gender, and
sexual orientation. I empathize with how difficult it can be to seek help and recognize the courage it takes to make that first step on your healing journey.
It would be a privilege to work with you and support you in reaching your goals and full potential.
