A Bit About Me
Mental health is a topic that's often difficult to confront, and seeking help can be a daunting task. This is especially true for those who come from cultures where mental health isn't always prioritized. As someone who understands this firsthand, having grown up in a South-Asian community, I'm committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for people from all backgrounds to share their experiences. By approaching my work with a multicultural lens, I'm offering clients a genuinely supportive and empathetic space where they can feel heard and understood.
I offer clients a safe and supportive environment at the Anchored Therapy Centre office, serving clients from Georgetown, Milton, Halton Hills, Acton, Oakville, Mississauga and surroundings while offering online counselling across Ontario. Whether you're seeking individual counselling, children/adolescents counselling, or couples counselling, we're here for you.
