A Bit About Me

I believe therapy should feel safe, grounded, and genuinely supportive. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I see it as a privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, relationships, and personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centred on helping you feel understood without judgment.

I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across hospitals, community mental health agencies, post-secondary institutions, youth justice, and private practice. I primarily work with young adults aged 17 and older, as well as families and couples who feel stuck in difficult patterns or communication struggles.

Clients often seek therapy with me for men's issues, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, academic or career stress, ADHD, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges. I also have a strong interest in working with South Asian clients, informed by my lived experience and professional background.

In our work together, we set goals as a team and move at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Gottman, and family systems therapy, always adapting the work to your unique needs.

I offer individual therapy, teen therapy, marriage counselling, family therapy, couples counselling, in Mississauga and Georgetown, Ontario, with both in-person and virtual sessions available.
