A Bit About Me
I believe therapy should feel safe, grounded, and genuinely supportive. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I see it as a privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, relationships, and personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centred on helping you feel understood without judgment.
As a South Asian man raised in the West, a father of two, and someone living with ADHD, I understand the pressures many people carry, whether that’s cultural expectations, parenting stress, or feeling misunderstood in how your mind works.
I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across hospitals, community mental health agencies, post-secondary institutions, youth justice, and private practice. I primarily work with families and couples who feel stuck in difficult patterns or communication struggles.
Clients often seek therapy with me for marital issues, men's issues, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, academic or career stress, ADHD, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges.
Our work is collaborative. We set clear goals and move at your pace. I use proven approaches like psychodynamic, DBT, ACT, EFT, Gottman, and family systems therapy, tailored to what actually works for you.
I offer individual therapy, teen therapy, family therapy, marriage counselling, and couples therapy in Mississauga and Georgetown, Ontario, both in-person and online.
