A Bit About Me
My story began over 9 years ago, when I became dedicated to providing mental health services to those in need. Having gone through tough times with my father who suffered from anxiety and depression, I understand first-hand the difficulties that come with mental health challenges. I have also experienced the challenges of relationship and marriage distress, which have helped me to deeply understand the intricate dynamics, emotional turmoil, and communication breakdowns that can arise and the unique needs of my clients. I am committed to helping couples navigate these challenges and find healing within their relationships.

Everyone deserves support and understanding. Hence, I am passionate about providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and be heard while fostering empathy, respect, and acceptance, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.
