A Bit About Me
Twelve years ago, I lost my best friend to suicide, a consequence of their silent battle with depression. This heartbreaking experience didn't just break me; it fundamentally reshaped my understanding of mental health and ignited a deep-seated desire to help others navigate their own challenges. It was this moment that set me on a professional journey dedicated to supporting individuals through their mental health struggles.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, and couples, helping them face challenges like anxiety, anger, depression, eating disorders, low self-esteem, cultural identity conflicts, and trauma.
Coming from a South Asian background, I'm acutely aware of the deep-seated stigma that surrounds mental health in many communities. This understanding drives me to create a therapeutic space that is unconditionally safe, confidential, and free of judgment for people from all walks of life. I offer a space where your guard can come down, allowing your story to unfold in a way that feels right for you. To ensure you can express yourself with clarity and comfort, I am proud to offer therapy in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Urdu.
